At Modernized Pottery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

Returning Your Item:
We offer free returns. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Returns Within the United States:
We make it easy for you. We'll send you a pre-paid return label by email. Simply drop off your package at the Post Office pick-up point of your choice. Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we'll process the refund (minus the return fees). If you prefer an exchange, you can place a new order for the products you want.

For International Returns:
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for products delivered outside of the United States due to customs restrictions. However, if there's an issue with your order, we'll work to make it right!

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
For a swift exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval, please contact us through our contact page.
