100% Organic
Modernized Pottery employs an innovative material composition, a harmonious blend of wood fibers and bioplastics. This unique fusion results in a substance that combines the authenticity and texture of natural wood with the versatility of PLA, a plant-derived plastic. The wood fibers provide a distinctive aroma and aesthetic akin to genuine wood, enhancing the organic appeal of each creation. Meanwhile, the PLA not only ensures durability but also aligns with eco-friendly practices as it originates from renewable resources. This thoughtfully crafted material defines Modernized Pottery's commitment to sustainable, high-quality craftsmanship.
Why the process matters.
Materials are undoubtedly one of the most crucial elements to any manufacturer, but did you know the manufacturing process can account for over 70% of the total impact on the environment? This is why Modernized Pottery uses 100% in-house additive manufacturing, often known as 3D printing. In-house additive manufacturing allows us to produce products with no waste, using only the material required, and nothing more. Since we are the only manufacturer of our products, we avoid any need for a third party manufacturer, and the back and forth shipping that comes along with. As a US brand we design and craft each and every unique item directly from our Dallas, Texas facility, adhering to our no waste commitment. Follow along to see how we deliver quality products.
3D Printing
Our in-house, custom built 3D printers start working on your order within 1 hour of receipt. Layer by layer, most items are made within the same day, however some larger items can take up to 2 days! Rest assured that we will get your items to your door as quickly as possible.
Quality Check
Each product undergoes a thorough quality check and post-processing by hand. We focus on refining surfaces, sanding out imperfections, and accentuating the distinctive features of your item. This personalized touch ensures the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of every piece.
Pack & Ship
We take the utmost care in packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Our secure packaging is designed to protect your items while also minimizing the amount of packaging supplies used. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, but rest assured, we're committed to delivering your order promptly and safely.
